Our standards
These controls apply on every project, whether it is a single-day welding repair or a multi-month structural programme.
No one works on a MEGAB site without a documented induction. Competency is verified per task, and daily toolbox talks target the actual hazards of that shift.
PPE is issued, logged, inspected and enforced. Task-specific protection is specified in the risk assessment before work is released.
High-risk activity is only authorised under a signed permit with defined controls, isolation, monitoring and a clear close-out.
Job hazard analysis precedes every non-routine task, and site inspections drive corrective action with tracked closure.
Every site has an emergency plan, trained first aiders, muster arrangements and rescue provisions proportional to the risk.
We control what leaves the site — waste, spills, dust and noise — and comply with client and regulatory environmental requirements.
